The 1998 48 Heures Automobiles de Troyes

In 1998, the 48 Heures Automobiles battled with the weather!

The first competitors gathered on Friday at the Champagnes Chassenay d’Arce in Ville-sur-Arce. Then it’s on to Troyes for the car show, which takes place in front of the town hall.

On Saturday morning, the individual competitors take part in a vintage car rally to Ville-sur-Arce before returning to Troyes, where the Boulevard Jules Guesde provides an opportunity to present the crews.

On Sunday, the Château de Menois is the starting point for the International Rally. Competitors return to Troyes in the early afternoon.
The Concours d’Elegance is judged in the afternoon, and it will not be possible to judge the cleanliness of the cars as they wade through the mud before presenting themselves to the jury and the large numbers of spectators.
